We are currently hiring two Quality Control Technicians for overnight shifts with shift differential pay.
Responsibilities:
- Collect product samples for quality testing.
- Perform visual inspections to identify product defects or quality concerns.
- Record inspection results accurately using company documentation.
- Communicate quality issues to the appropriate team members.
- Sort products and remove defective items from production.
- Repackage products as needed to meet quality standards.
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties.
- Work collaboratively with the quality team to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, production, or material handling experience preferred.
- Quality control experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable with excellent attendance.
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and work in a warehouse environment.
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
- Weekday Night Shift Differential: +$1.25/hour
- Weekend Night Shift Differential: +$2.50/hour
Training Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (2–4 weeks)
Available Shifts:
- Week Nights: Monday–Wednesday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Thursday 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Weekend Nights: Friday 1:00 AM – 7:00 AM, Friday–Sunday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
