CDR ProSource is seeking a 1st Shift Bilingual Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Elkhart, IN with experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated individual with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining equipment and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced production setting.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

· Perform preventive and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems
· Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on equipment
· Read and interpret electrical schematics including 110/240/480 3-phase systems
· Work with PLC systems and assist with troubleshooting
· Utilize MES, ERP, and Limble work order systems
· Conduct regular inspections to identify safety hazards and corrective actions
· Assist with accident investigations and documentation of unsafe conditions
· Maintain facility housekeeping and organization standards
· Initiate purchases for tools, parts, and maintenance materials
· Recommend equipment upgrades, modifications, and safety improvements
· Perform scheduled maintenance and document completed PMs in Limble
· Analyze equipment failures and production delays to determine corrective actions
· Maintain and repair facility grounds and building systems
· Assist with equipment installation, rigging, and relocation
· Perform light fabrication, construction, painting, patching, and filter changes
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop

Qualifications

· High school diploma required
· Technical certificate preferred
· Prior electrical troubleshooting experience required
· Ability to read electrical schematics
· Prior PLC experience required
· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Forklift certification preferred
· 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
· Bi-lingual required
