About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist with our team, you will:
Design and implement individualized therapy plans to help residents achieve their goals and overcome barriers
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to address them
Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to address resident needs and promote a seamless care experience
Document patient progress and outcomes to track progress and inform treatment plans
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a variety of settings, including individual therapy sessions, group activities, and resident-driven programs
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and caregivers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement
Stay current with best practices and evidence-based research in occupational therapy, and incorporate new knowledge and skills into practice
