Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) – Direct Hire
Lebanon/Mason, OH Area
1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
$32–$42/hour

Our client is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support a growing manufacturing and contract packaging operation. This is a direct hire opportunity with a family-owned company known for its strong culture, employee investment, and commitment to innovation.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Work with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain maintenance records within a computerized maintenance system (CMMS)
- Assist with facility maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and power distribution systems
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude with gears, chains, belts, bearings, and conveyors
- Experience performing root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field
- Manufacturing or Packaging industry experience
- Welding, machining, or fabrication experience
- Experience with compressed air, vacuum, or hydraulic systems
