A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Chestnut Hill area of Philadelphia is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Whether you are an experienced CNA or a newly certified nursing assistant, we offer a supportive environment with training, growth opportunities, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when necessary.

• Measure and record vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition.

• Document resident care accurately and timely.

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.

• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification required.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused.

We are pleased to offer a Weekend Warrior Program for CNAs seeking a consistent weekend schedule with enhanced earning potential.

Weekend Warrior Schedule Options

Option 1

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Option 2

• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

This program is ideal for CNAs looking for a weekend-only schedule while helping provide consistent, high-quality care to our residents.
