Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

  • Meal planning and preparation, plus light housekeeping tasks

  • Monitoring vital signs as directed and reporting changes to the nursing staff

  • Medication reminders and support with daily exercises

  • Engaging clients through conversation, games, walks, and hobbies

  • Keeping accurate, timely records of care provided

What You Bring to the Team

  • Current CPR Certification (must be verifiable)

  • TB Test on file within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain)

  • Minimum 1 Year of hands-on patient care experience (home care, assisted living, hospice, etc.)

  • Reliable Transportation and a valid driver’s license—prompt arrival is mandatory

  • Warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to help others feel safe and supported

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
