If you’re ready to help build projects the right way before the first hammer swings, we’d love to talk with you.

$25 - $35 hourly

• Perform remodeling-focused carpentry: interior trim, custom cabinetry installation, framing, doors, windows, millwork, specialty finishes, and more

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job plans

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with precision

• Collaborate closely with our project managers, subs, and clients

• Maintain exceptionally high standards of craftsmanship and safety

• Troubleshoot on-site challenges with professionalism and skill

• Oversee projects from start to finish

• Create a first-class job site

• Care for and maintain tools and equipment

• Proven carpentry experience in residential remodeling (not new construction)

• Familiar with JobTread or similar software

• Strong trim and cabinetry installation skills

• Mastery of hand tools, power tools, and jobsite best practices

• Maintains a safe, clean work site

• Willing to collaborate to get the job to the finish line

• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications

• A problem-solver with strong attention to detail

• Professional communication and teamwork skills

• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

• Full set of personal tools to complete daily tasks

• Ability to be a team player/ work well with others

• Ability to lift materials and work in varying conditions
