Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (4-day work week)

What You’ll Tackle

• GMAW (MIG) on structural steel with a focus on precision and consistency.
• Flux Core and Dual Shield (FCAW) welding for production and custom fabrication.
• Uphill flux core weave welds meeting bridge construction code standards.

Must-Haves

• Proven MIG welding experience.
• Ability to read/follow weld specifications for structural steel.
• Safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
