Description:

Run and inspect parts per blueprints and inspection sheets
Maintain tooling in machine by following setup sheets.
Monitor tool life and make tool changes and offsets as needed.
Update work instructions.
Clean and move parts
Assisting set-ups and 1st piece inspection
Ensure a safe work environment is maintained, appropriate safety systems/processes are utilized, and ensure compliance with all OSHA and other state/federal safety and environmental related rules and regulations.
Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

3+ years of 3 and 4 axis machine experience required.
1+ years of CAM software (MasterCam) experience preferred.
Read and understand G code programming.
Inspect parts with various measuring tools.
Must have good manual dexterity.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and should do so in a sound and safe manner. This job's specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
