Job Description

Language: English or Spanish

Join Our Mission

At Power Services Group, we restore critical equipment by crafting and repairing precision parts. If you are driven by accuracy and craftsmanship, you’ll feel at home on our team.

Picture This

A repair arrives slightly out of spec. You review the drawing, run your calculations, and choose the right sequence: rough on the lathe, feature on the mill, contour on the shaper, finish on the grinder. You verify every operation with micrometers and gauges, document your findings, and recommend a minor process change that trims setup time on the next job. You clean down the area, follow safety protocol, and move seamlessly into assembly.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Machine complex, tight-tolerance parts that enable successful equipment repairs.
  • Calculate sizes and tolerances with precision instruments (micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Operate manual lathes, milling machines, shapers, and grinders to meet specification.
  • Assess procedures and suggest improvements for efficiency or adaptability.
  • Escalate defective materials or questionable conditions promptly.
  • Uphold clean, orderly, and safe work practices.
  • Perform required mechanical assembly and disassembly.
  • Organize your workload while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Take on extra assignments and related tasks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Clear communicator, verbally and in writing.
  • Strong command of basic math.
  • Independent, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and positive in attitude.
  • Consistent attendance; open to overtime when required.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work seated or standing for extended periods.
