Schedule: Full-time
Compensation:$90,000 - $110,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health and wellness.
- Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to manage pain and improve patient functionality effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our care practices.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy to integrate innovative approaches into patient care strategies.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Washington, committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Proven track record of educating patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques for effective pain management and improved patient functionality.
- Strong skills in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records to track progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Eagerness to stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy and integrate innovative approaches into patient care strategies.
