CNC Operator - 1st Shift

What you'll do
- Load and unload material for our Robots/CNC machines
- Collect data and monitor product conformity
- Stay aware of job requirements (production rates, operation details)
- Identify product (in-process, non-conforming)
- Basic machine maintenance
- Assembly, packing, tumbling, and deburring
- 3S – Sort, Shine, Standardize
- Follow safety guidelines and serve our team and customers
What we're looking for
- A coachable, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn — no experience needed
- Must be 18 or older to operate a CNC machine
- Able to stand for most of the shift and lift 35 lbs or more
- Comfortable learning our systems (we'll train you on Slack, BambooHR, JobBOSS, our internal database, and Microsoft Office)
Pay & benefits
- $20-$25/hr, 1st shift
