ColorCoat, Inc., headquartered in West Sacramento, CA, is the largest paint and coatings applicator in the U.S., serving window and door manufacturers with multiple facilities across the country.
We are looking for dependable individuals to join our Van Buren, AR production team on a part-time basis.
This position is designed for someone looking for consistent part-time work without committing to a five-day workweek. Employees will typically work 2–3 days per week with shifts of approximately 8–10 hours per day, based on production needs.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player who is willing to learn our production process. Attention to detail, consistent work quality, the ability to maintain a productive pace, and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Disassemble window and door units in preparation for production.
- Lift and stage multiple units on production carts.
- Label each piece of the unit with specific identification numbers and colors.
- Push carts to the appropriate production cell.
- Clean and mask window and door frames and other parts in preparation for painting.
- Inspect surfaces and determine whether silicone is present.
- Remove silicone using a razor blade, sanding pad or other appropriate tools.
- Use an air hose to remove particles from units.
- Report on defects to the Supervisor.
- Remove masking paper and tape from painted windows and doors after quality approval.
- Clean paint and glue from glass and insert bulb seals when required.
- Insert screens into frames and install weep-hole covers when required.
- Reassemble windows and doors with parts removed during disassembly.
- Package completed units according to customer requirements.
- Scan and apply labels when required.
- Stage completed units on carts for shipping.
- Apply banding and strapping as required.
- Perform other related production duties as assigned.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Maintain the productive pace established by the Floor Lead and/or Manager and follow management direction.

Specific vision abilities required include depth perception, the ability to adjust focus and the ability to distinguish colors.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, employees may be regularly exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and may occasionally be exposed to wet or humid non-weather conditions and moving mechanical equipment.
The noise level in the production environment is usually loud.
Employees are required to follow all ColorCoat safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
