Are you energized by solving equipment problems and dialing in processes so every part hits spec? In this role, you’ll set up production equipment, troubleshoot plant machinery, and keep die casting operations running at peak performance.

Your Impact
  • Use technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair production equipment across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Set up a variety of production machines to ensure quality output.
  • Apply statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend analysis to guide process/equipment adjustments and keep parts within specification.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime.
  • Execute machining and bench work to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and guarding.
  • Support the team with other duties as assigned.
You Bring
  • Intermediate troubleshooting skills spanning mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic domains.
  • Collaborative mindset with solid interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfort with computers for data entry and information access.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Fluent in English and the primary language used in your area of responsibility and/or location.
Credentials
  • High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
  • 1.5 years of hands-on technical experience using mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Frequently lift 5–25 lbs; occasionally 25–75 lbs; rarely over 75 lbs.
  • Stand and/or walk for full shifts of 8–12 hours.
  • Occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling, and reaching over a full shift (8–12 hours).
  • Operate power/vibrating tools during an 8–12 hour shift.
  • Operate motorized vehicles during an 8–12 hour shift.
  • Work in environments with noise levels requiring hearing protection for an entire 8–12 hour shift.
