Description:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Performing concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces.
- Using hand tools and power tools to complete concrete finishing tasks.
- Pouring and spread concrete to specified depths and levels.
- Applying curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces.
- Repairing and restore damaged concrete surfaces.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Requirements:
Skills Set Required:
- Experience in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, tile laying, masonry, or flooring installation is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in heavy lifting and operating heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the concrete finishing process.
