PRESS OPERATOR
Monday - Thursday
4:00 pm - 2:30 am
$18.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate production equipment (injection/compression presses, hoists, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Use measuring tools (scales, calipers, rulers) to ensure product accuracy
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including PPE
- Meet production goals while maintaining product quality and specifications
- Support preventive maintenance activities
- Ensure proper product identification and traceability
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transport materials as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Assist with audits and other assigned duties
- Manage time effectively and meet deadlines
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–3 years of related experience preferred
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Basic communication, computer, and math skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
