Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our day shift team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed caregivers

  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion, empathy, and respect

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience as a CNA in a post-acute setting preferred
