Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Monitor and record medication administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
Assist in maintaining patient records and communicate any changes in condition to the care team.
Ensure a safe and clean environment while delivering exceptional care to each individual.
Follow all regulations and guidelines to ensure the well-being of residents.
Prepare and clean up after meals.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current Level One Medication Aide certification.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
