We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers with the aloha spirit to join our growing team. Whether you're a newly trained Nurse Aide or an experienced caregiver, we offer the flexibility to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact in your community.

Pay

$20.00–$25.00 per hour

Pay rate is based on the type of assignment, client needs, shift length, and other job-related factors.

Employment Status

All caregivers are hired as per diem (on-call) employees. You decide your availability and choose the shifts you would like to work. There are no minimum hour requirements, giving you the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Companionship and conversation

  • Light housekeeping

  • Meal planning and food preparation

  • Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Oral feeding assistance

  • Assistance with walking, transfers, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises

  • Medication reminders

  • Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities (when applicable)

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home environment

  • Encourage participation in indoor and outdoor activities

  • Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the office

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Successful completion of a State of Hawaiʻi-approved Nurse Aide training course or equivalent program required

  • CNA certification is welcomed but not required

  • Current TB clearance documented on the appropriate Hawaiʻi Department of Health form (or ability to obtain before working)

  • Previous professional caregiving experience is appreciated but not required

  • Successfully pass all required background checks

  • Meet all State of Hawaiʻi employment requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional

  • Bilingual or multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

  • Reliable transportation preferred

  • Willingness to transport clients for non-medical needs is a plus but not required
