As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
Provide compassionate, personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining as needed
Observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team
Encourage resident independence while promoting dignity and respect
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
Partner with nurses and the care team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience preferred
Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Memory Care experience is a plus
A compassionate heart, dependable work ethic, and passion for serving seniors
Strong communication and teamwork skills
