Patient Escort/Companion Responsibilities:

• Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, or playing games to brighten their day
• Escort services: Safely escort patients to and from appointments, treatments, and activities, ensuring their timely arrival and departure
• Assistive care: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Safety and monitoring: Regularly monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to senior staff members
• Maintain a clean environment: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident living areas, including custody of personal belongings and property

Patient Escort/Companion Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, patient escort, or related field preferred•
