Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including reporting any safety concerns or hazards to supervisors
Assist with mealtime, including feeding and feeding assistance, and maintaining a clean dining area
Participate in resident care planning and assist with implementing individualized care plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Maintain accurate records of resident care and services provided
