Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week
Contract Length: 6 Months
Shifts: Rotating Based on Facility Needs
Weekends: Every Other Weekend Off
Training: 2–3 Weeks of On-Unit Mentorship
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for a 6-month, full-time contract opportunity. This is a great position for an LVN who values consistent hours, hands-on patient care, and the opportunity to receive structured training and mentorship from an experienced nursing team.
New LVNs will receive 2–3 weeks of on-unit mentorship, allowing you to become comfortable with the facility, patients, documentation systems, and clinical procedures before working more independently.
What You'll DoProvide safe, compassionate direct nursing care
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Educate patients regarding medications and their care
Monitor patients and communicate changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Enter and maintain patient information using computer-based systems
Follow established facility policies, procedures, and SOPs
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
40 hours per week
6-month commitment
Rotating shifts based on facility staffing needs
Every other weekend off
Start dates available Monday through Friday
2–3 weeks of mentorship with an experienced LVN
Full training provided for required computer systems and documentation
