Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week
Contract Length: 6 Months
Shifts: Rotating Based on Facility Needs
Weekends: Every Other Weekend Off
Training: 2–3 Weeks of On-Unit Mentorship

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for a 6-month, full-time contract opportunity. This is a great position for an LVN who values consistent hours, hands-on patient care, and the opportunity to receive structured training and mentorship from an experienced nursing team.

New LVNs will receive 2–3 weeks of on-unit mentorship, allowing you to become comfortable with the facility, patients, documentation systems, and clinical procedures before working more independently.

What You'll Do
  • Provide safe, compassionate direct nursing care

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule

  • Educate patients regarding medications and their care

  • Monitor patients and communicate changes or concerns to the healthcare team

  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Enter and maintain patient information using computer-based systems

  • Follow established facility policies, procedures, and SOPs

  • Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care

Schedule
  • 40 hours per week

  • 6-month commitment

  • Rotating shifts based on facility staffing needs

  • Every other weekend off

  • Start dates available Monday through Friday

  • 2–3 weeks of mentorship with an experienced LVN

  • Full training provided for required computer systems and documentation
