Your Impact

• Own the setup-to-production flow, ensuring parts meet spec from first article through final piece.
• Serve as a resource for shop-floor troubleshooting and operator development.
• Advance our continuous improvement culture with practical, data-backed ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to achieve print-defined tolerances and finishes.
• Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings to determine machining sequence, tooling, and workholding.
• Monitor machine operation; adjust offsets, tooling, and parameters to maintain quality and throughput.
• Coach and train other CNC operators on best practices and safe operation.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Verify parts with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Collaborate with peers to improve processes, reduce changeover time, and boost productivity.
• Keep the work area organized and compliant with safety and company policies.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining-related certification/degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years operating CNC machinery.
• Strong blueprint/GD&T literacy.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming concepts and machining methods.
• Hands-on skill with precision metrology (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and dependable.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability; works well independently and on teams.
