As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Oil City Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver personalized care, assistance, and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and transfer assistance

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement resident care plans

• Participate in resident activities and recreation programs

• Demonstrate knowledge of infection control, safety, and fire safety procedures
