Position Title:
Maintenance Technician
Position Summary:
Hanline Foods is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance on the machines utilized for daily production, along with general building needs.
Responsibilities:
· Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm, overtime and weekends as needed.
· Install, repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. Complete Preventative Maintenance Tasks as assigned.
· Diagnose problems using root cause analysis tools, Diagnostic equipment and observation skills.
· Safely Execute repairs on machinery in a timely fashion, using hand tools, power tools etc.
· Assist in identifying and implementing upgrades and modifications that improve safety, efficiency and production.
· Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies by checking stock and notifying manager.
· Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with Company procedures, rules, and regulations in accordance with OSHA and food safety Guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance role.
· Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours per day
· Must be able to work minimum of 40+hours per week
· Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, and boilers
