Charter Senior Living of Fredericksburg | Falmouth, VA
$17.50 – $18.50/hour (based on experience) | Full-Time & Part-Time

Now Hiring – 12-Hour Shifts

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • PRN

Your Role

As a PCA or CNA, you are a primary support provider for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Support mobility, transfers, and personal care

  • Follow individualized care plans

  • Observe and report changes in resident condition

  • Document services provided per community standards

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Collaborate with nurses and care team

This is relationship-based care — you’ll have time to truly connect with residents.

Qualifications

  • Active CNA license or PCA certification preferred

  • Assisted living, memory care, or long-term care experience preferred

  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused

  • Strong attendance and communication skills
