What You’ll Do

As a server at The Royal Tea Room, you’ll play a key role in making our guests feel welcome and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service with warmth, attentiveness, and a smile.

• Learning our menu in detail and confidently sharing recommendations with guests.
• Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting with manual dish cleaning and ensuring the bathrooms are clean and presentable.
• Being punctual and dependable for Saturday and Sunday daytime shifts, as well as special event hours when needed.

Requirements: You must obtain an Illinois Food Handling Card within 30 days of hire. This can be completed online at your own expense (approximately $7). - Saturday and Sunday daytime availability is required. - Flexibility to work special event hours as needed.

What to Expect

• Hours: Shifts are based on guest volume and may vary. Hours are not guaranteed.
• Typical Schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to approximately 4:00 p.m., with additional hours for special events as needed.
