Position: Maintenance Worker
Location: Bergen County, NJ
Shift: Full-Time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $18–$20 per hour

Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Worker to ensure our facility and grounds are safe, clean, and in top condition. This vital role helps create a comfortable, well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily repairs and general maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and related tasks
Safely operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery
Conduct routine inspections and address minor repairs promptly
Maintain HVAC systems, including regular filter changes
Assist with groundskeeping and snow removal when needed
Support overall facility upkeep to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
Hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and painting
Ability to perform outdoor maintenance and snow removal as required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
