About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nurses and other healthcare professionals

• Assisting with basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering medications

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, including their personal spaces and common areas

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs

• Documenting resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations

Responsibilities:
