What We're Looking For

We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about delivering excellent care and being a part of a team that truly makes a difference.

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will:

  • Provide high-quality direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding.

  • Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff promptly.

  • Ensure residents’ rooms and living areas are clean, safe, and comfortable.

  • Foster a positive, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents and their families.

  • Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other team members to achieve care goals.

Qualifications

  • Current California CNA certification (required)

  • CPR/BLS certification (preferred, or willing to obtain)

  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus – but new CNAs are encouraged to apply!

  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a true passion for serving others.
