Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

  • Provide respectful, hands-on care in accordance with each resident's care plan

  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

  • Communicate observations and changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

  • Promote dignity, independence, and well-being of residents

Requirements:

  • Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio

  • Passionate about caring for others and being part of a team

  • Dependable, compassionate, and professional

  • Previous experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required - we welcome all caring professionals!
