Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily resident care: bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and ADLs under RN/LPN supervision
Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, turning, ambulating, and nutritional supplements
Observe residents, document intake/output, and report changes to supervising nurse
Maintain clean, tidy resident rooms and living areas—make beds and transport as needed
Promote resident rights, dignity, and safety—report abuse/neglect immediately
Follow all CCH Corporation policies, federal/state regulations, and infection control standards
Assist nursing staff and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Current, valid Ohio CNA/STNA certification
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and adaptive problem-solving
Physical stamina to lift/transfer residents and stand for shifts
First Aid/CPR certified (preferred)
