About the Role:

As a GNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, under the supervision of our seasoned nursing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team
• Assisting with feeding, hydration, and nutrition
• Participating in wound care and pressure sore prevention
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Developing strong relationships with residents and their families

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions
• Document resident care and progress in our electronic medical records system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
