Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and report patients' conditions, including vital signs, and communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals and promote positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including charting and documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with industry developments through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
Current registration with the Maryland Board of Nursing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
