Certified Medication Aide - Flagstaff, Arizona

As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in empowering our residents to live their best lives. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the administration of medications to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff
Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Document medication administration and resident care accurately and timely
Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
Current certification as a Medication Aide in the state of Arizona
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a long-term care or senior living setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Compliant with all infection control and OSHA regulations
