Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Crestview Nursing & Rehabilitation is actively hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care and support during the night shift. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a key role in maintaining resident comfort, safety, and dignity. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work closely with nursing staff and the care team to deliver high-quality care overnight.

Schedule and Employment Type

• Part-Time Evenings (3PM - 10:30PM) | With every other weekend required

• Full-Time or Part-Time Nights (10:30PM - 6:30AM) | With every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care as the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance

• Assist residents with safe transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility devices

• Observe residents closely and report condition changes to nursing staff

• Support meals, hydration, and feeding as needed

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being

• Follow infection control, safety, and documentation standards

Qualifications

• Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
