The W Assisted Living Management Company is hiring Medication Aides who are energetic, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference in residents' lives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Distribute medications accurately and on schedule

• Support residents with patience, kindness, and dignity in their daily care

• Maintain regular communication with pharmacy, families, residents, and management staff

• Keep accurate, properly documented records of all medication distribution

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience administering or distributing medication required

• Familiarity with assisted living policies and procedures

• Strong ability to follow directions and protocol after training

• Knowledge of ALIS is a plus, not required
