Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred; CNA, HHA, or PCA certification a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
