We Offer

• Take home pay $175 - $350 per day
• Compensation includes competitive commission, weekly bonuses and 100% of your tips

At Aussie Pet Mobile, we care for the business so that you can focus on the pets!

• Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to pups daily while working independently in our grooming vans.
• Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can groom.
• Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment.

• No degree is required; we are looking for groomers with experience.

Aussie Pet Mobile - Overview

Aussie Pet Mobile - Vision

• Customer Satisfaction: Continue to achieve a 98% customer satisfaction rate by consistently delivering high-quality service.
• Employee Compensation: Increase base pay or performance bonuses for the top 25% of groomers by at least 10%, based on customer satisfaction scores, retention, and grooming volume.
