Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities:
Provide basic nursing care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers for residents, ensuring their safety and comfort
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols and nursing standards
Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the interdisciplinary team
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Certified Nurse Aide CNA Requirements:
Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
