Available Shifts
Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekends: 12-hour shifts available

Key Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in our residents' daily lives and clinical care. Your duties will include:
Daily Living Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and transferring/ambulating.
Nutritional Care: Deliver meals, assist with feeding, serve nutritional supplements, and ensure residents receive adequate fluids and nourishment throughout your shift.
Clinical Observation: Monitor residents closely, document food/fluid intake, and promptly report any changes in health status or behavior to the supervising nurse.
Comfort & Environment: Maintain clean, tidy living areas, make resident beds, and safely transport residents within the facility.
Team Collaboration: Assist nurses and auxiliary staff as needed to ensure smooth shift operations.
Compliance & Ethics: Maintain absolute resident confidentiality, adhere to professional standards, and strictly follow all facility, local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Certification: Active and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Clearance: Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Life Support: Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
Clinical Knowledge: Solid understanding of patient care policies and regulations, and familiarity with signs/symptoms of common medical conditions.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong teamwork habits, keen attention to detail, and adaptive problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements: Physical strength and stamina necessary to stand for long periods and safely lift or assist residents.
