About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized, skilled nursing care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to maintain our residents' independence and dignity
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents, fostering a sense of community and connection
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment plans
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Participating in training and professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
Our Ideal Candidate
Has a current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio
Has 0 years of experience, or equivalent education and training
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
Is committed to providing compassionate and respectful care to every resident, every day
