Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Memory Care & Dementia Support

Renewal Memory Partners is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized support to clients living with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

We are looking for Care Partners who have a true passion for helping others and are committed to providing safe, respectful, and meaningful care.

Location:
New York City – primarily Manhattan, Bronx, and Brooklyn

Schedule & Availability:
Weekend availability is highly preferred. We are especially interested in candidates who can work Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday flexibility a plus. Flexible part-time schedules are available.

Compensation: $18.50 – $23.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Provide compassionate care and support for clients with dementia and memory-related conditions

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care needs

• Experience caring for bed-bound or wheelchair-bound clients

• Skilled in assisting with transfers; Hoyer lift experience is a strong plus

• Maintain patience, kindness, and empathy while supporting clients and families

• Previous Alzheimer’s or dementia care experience preferred
