Horizontal Boring Mill Machinists': Can you produce part from blueprint to specifications? We want to talk to you!!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have job shop experience.
- Either Manual or CNC experience with Larger Parts.
- CNC-must be able to edit and program from controls and highly preferred experience writing programs.
- Must have own machinist tools including mics & caliper and gauge blocks.
- Must read blueprints.
- Must hold tolerances of +/- .001 to .0005
- Must understand machining symbols and speeds and feeds.
- Must be able to choose appropriate tooling to perform turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, milling boring and key cutting.
- Experience operating cranes.
- Wide range of materials experience including but not limited to Aluminum, Steel and Tool Steel and weldments
