What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
- Read blueprints and manufacture precision parts
- Perform tool changes, machine offsets, and basic program edits
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot minor machine issues
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with mills, lathes, or both
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Setup experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
