You'll provide compassionate support in a team-based environment where your contributions are valued.Duties and Responsibilities: • Motivates and encourages clients who have an acquired brain injury to progress in the home environment as well as in the community • Assists clients with activities of daily living • Supports clients by preparing them for their day and assisting them getting to and from work, therapy, and other appointments • Range of motion exercises • Performs household services essential to home health care • Attends concerts, sporting events and other entertainment activities with clientsRequirements: • High School diploma or GED• Valid CNA certification• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record • CPR certification or willingness to obtain • Ability to stand, bend, and assist with transfersAnticipated Work Schedule: 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am (rotating weekends) OPEN INTERVIEWS, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM:07/15, 08/19, 09/16, 10/21, 11/18, 12/16 Join our team and make a real difference!
