About the Role:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with vital signs and other medical procedures as needed
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Participate in team meetings and contribute to resident care planning
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care to residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
Participate in infection control and prevention practices
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
