About the Role:
We are seeking a certified and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Weekend Staff team. As a CNA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your expertise and dedication will help us maintain our high standards of excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
