What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with DGADA STAFFING GROUP, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering hands-on care to patients in acute-care settings, including hospitals, long-term acute care (LTAC) facilities, or inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRF).
  • Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions to the healthcare team.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the highest standard of care.
What We're Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent acute-care experience in a hospital, LTAC, or IRF setting.
  • Certification: Active, unencumbered CNA license or certification appropriate for the position.
  • CPR Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification with hands-on skills verification.
  • Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care.
